What is the equilibrium concentration of carbon monoxide?

CH2O <> CO(g) + H2(g). equilibrium constant Kc for this reaction at a certain temperature T, is 0.183. Reaction was set up with meth only, with .106 mol CH2O in a 1.00L reaction vessel. Calculate the equilibrium concentration of carbon monoxide. Help anyone?
