What hand held PC to buy?

i was thinking of getting a PDA, but don't know which one i would like to use this for making notes, appointments, tasks and post-it's (so it has to be quick on load times) and quick web browsing in (i,e, to Google something) touch-screen would be an advantage, but a qwerty keyboard would be needed considering my need for notes. aprox. 6 hours battery time would be useful, if it could play videos would be nice but not essential.
