How to Fix Spray Quality in Counter Strike:Source?

Somehow my Spray Quality has been decreased. If you could help me post about it how to fix in con fig or use in game console command to fix please help :] :Note about problem: Sprays in game seem blurry when before they looked fine as in the demotivational sprays i could read them and now the words are all blurry. Answer gets 10 points :]
