Where do I get a Veruca Salt outfit like what she wears on the 1970s movie?

Hi I'm Jess. First off, I got Veruca Salt in my school play here are the details.I am roughly size 11-12 and I need the costume, or something like it, not something you can make with your own hands. I need it by the 13th of july 2011. Please give suggestions.
