Why the death of more then 3000 in 911 seems to be fiction for some?

Since 9/11 was six years ago and not four, I believe the made up events this person is referring to are the weapons of m destruction and all else that Bush used as an excuse to go into Iraq. At least that's how it reads to me. But also since you didn't give us any context - like what this person was responding to - I can only speculate.
