Is it true in 2050?

I think you are misinformed and perhaps a bit of an extremist. The anthropogenic global warming that we are experiencing is not going to be catastrophic over such short timescales, like tsunamis. It's not like, suddenly in 2050, the ice caps will suddenly all melt. These changes will happen more gradually. Not that many species will die and California will not be entirely submerged. Get a grip. Read some legit science on the matter:
