Brown/ grey spots on tooth after trauma?

i got struck dead on my front right tooth and it was displaced. i placed it back into its original location and its about two weeks later that i noticed a brown/ grey circular spot on the backside of my tooth. this is strange because it is also on the adjacent tooth that was not injured. does anyone know what this is? am i gonna lose my tooth?
