Hello frnds..... i am bald with male pattern baldness....i dont want to have hair transplant as i dont?

have enough money.....so i want to use hair pieces or wigs...so i wnat to know its effectiveness...means its possible side effects...how it would b visible to others....i cant shave my head because i am looking very bad in it....i want to use hair pieces...so that other cant recognise it specially girls.....so any one is there who is using hair pieces or wigs which can tell me about it...i really want to cover my bald head
