HELP, my old best friend/cousin cuts herself and is anorexic! *Long details inside.* Delete her from facebook?

I'm SO happy for you that you turned around your Atheist views! Congratulations! Life is so much better and more hopeful when you believe in a higher power. This whole situation with your cousin sounds very complicated. I'm not sure if you believe in God now, or if you just believe in some higher deity. But if you are now a Christian, it wouldn't be wise to delete her from your Facebook. If you are Christian, you are called to always turn the other cheek. She blocks you from Facebook, you keep saying hello to her and smiling at her. And even if you aren't a Christian, you can't deny that it certainly won't help matters if you delete her and start ignoring her. Although her behavior seems scary (I would be afraid of what she would do next, too) just keep in mind that she is just a human. Her twisted views or scary glares will never be anything to you: a person who sees new light in life. I would suggest not trying to rekindle your strong friendship, although that may be a heartbreaking thought to you, as you used to be so close. My suggestion to you would be to continue smiling at her or saying the occasional "Hello," but I would definitely not try to reconnect with her again and be as close as you once were, because she would drag you down again. So in a way you should "forget her," but not so black and white as that. I really wish you the best of luck with your situation. I will be praying for you.
