I think i have a ghost?

it could be a dream. im not saying i dont think its a ghost. it could very well be one. if it is, its there for a reason. who ever said ask the neighbors was right. u should see if they no anyone that lived there that may have died. The ghost may think ur someone who they were enemies with. they cant know this for sure. many ghosts forget things the more they stay in our world. if it is not someone who lived in the flat, then it may be someone u know who died. they might be there because they want explanations from you or want your forgiveness for something they did to u. if thats the case, i would forgive them if i were u. if u dont, they may get angrier. and that might result in worse hauntings.
