At the end of world war II debt was 110% of gdp. Did bush not say we are fighting a war on terror ? But to give Obama all of the credit is not fair >When Jimmy Carter left office in 1981 the debt was 800 billion so we have Reagan,Bush Clinton,Bush and Obama but most of all congress for run away spending in the last 30 years
