When I want to forward an e-mail, I click forward & then insert addresses and my addresses will not come up?

Everytime I try to send a Yahoo message from my mail, I click on the "Insert addresses" link right above the TO: and the list will not come up like it always did. Why?? and how can this be resolved easily?????? cindy_moody2001@yahoo.com
