Which RB's should I start in WK11?

Which RB's should I start in WK11, I can start two. I am leaning towards Marshawn Lynch and Mewelde Moore even though MJD had a huge week last week. Last week I benched Marshawn and started MJD/M Moore and made the right choice. Points were as follows MJD 27, M Moore 21, M Lynch 4. I would have lost the game w/ a poor decision at this position. Whoever agreed w/ me last week, kudos, you know your football too. GL this weekend gents! I award "best answer" for all of my questions, so give me the facts.
