Will semi-permaenent dye color my hair dark brown from blonde? (pictures)?

My friend dyed her hair from blonde to brunette and you can still see some blonde parts. You will have to dye it like 2 times by yourself to see good results. If you go to a hair salon it might take one time. And it really depends on the hair color type your using.
